Zootopia

My Thoughts:

-    I LOVED this movie!! It was so much fun!

-    All the animals were SO SO cute! The animators did an amazing job!

-    Voice actors were great! I loved Jason Bateman and Ginnifer Goodwin's performances. Great job!

-    I loved the environment. The world of Zootopia is somewhere I want to live. I love how the city was sectioned off into different climates and sizes. Brilliant!

-    Disney hasn't done an anthropomorphic movie for a while, and I'm so glad they finally made another one. Hooray for John Lassiter!!

-    There are so many great moments throughout the film, but my favorite scene is the DMV with Flash the Sloth! OMGoodness!! It cracks me up every time!

-    Not only is this movie eye candy with fun characters, but the story is very well done. There are so many great morals, and I love how the movie touches on race and differences in a very tasteful and humorous manner.

-    Great great movie that the whole family will love!

Big Hero 6

My Thoughts:

-    I didn't know anything about this movie except that it won an Oscar. I didn't see very much advertising for it. I finally saw it, and I loved it!

-    I like how this movie is a cross between Stargate SG-1 and the Marvel Universe. It had replicators and the stargate, but it also had awesome gadgets and an origin story.

-    I loved all the Stitch easter eggs. They were fun to see. Yes! I caught Stan Lee's picture as soon as it showed it. I was thrilled! It really completed that Marvel super hero movie feel for me.

-    I loved all the characters, especially Baymax. Even though he is a robot, he had a lot of great moments and a lot of personality. Fist bumps have changed for me!

-    Go Go is me! I've had that haircut. I haven't done the purple stripe (yet), but I've had that haircut, and she looks like me! Plus the lady that does her voice is Korean.

-    I loved the use of real tech. The creators really did their research and based all the cool tech in the movie on real tech.

-    The short at the beginning is SO CUTE!!! I love that dog! I love how the love story was told from the dog's perspective and his love for food. Great short feature!

-    This movie is very heart warming and very clean. It is a great family movie that anyone can watch and enjoy.

Wreck-It Ralph

My Thoughts:

-    This movie is AWESOME!!  Every gamer needs to see this!!

-    When Ralph was touching all the eggs, I kept thinking "LEROY!!!"

-    I was laughing almost the whole time!!  I almost busted a gut when they pulled out the up down up down A B thing on the NES controller!!!!  HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

-    I loved the classic video game cameos, but I wish there had been more!  I really wanted to see Luigi.  I did like all the marioish things they used, like how Fix-It Felix bounced and had sound effects, and there was a little Rainbow Road action.

-    All the characters were wonderful and hilarious.  I loved how Fix-It Felix was such a square.  Ralph is like a big teddy bear!  I thought the little girl was going to be annoying, but she wasn't.  I actually really liked her!

-    The whole concept of the movie was just awesome!!  I love how all the arcade characters got to mingle.

-    There was a wonderful message to the story!  It was very heartfelt.  Bring a tissue.

-    I wish they would make a Sugar Rush game.  I would play that.

-    The whole Sugar Rush area reminded me of Candyland.  They even had a King Kandy!  They tried to make King Kandy all Ed Wynn like, but it wasn't the same as if Ed Wynn had really done the voice.

-    I loved how the extras in the Fix-It game moved!!!  Hilarious!!!

-    Overall it was a wonderful movie!!  I loved it!!  I'm still crackin' up about it!

Tyson's Thought:

-    It was a great movie, but there should have been more Chun-Li and Princess Peach.

Hubby's Thought:

-    I want to see a real Wreck-It Ralph arcade!
