Fantasia

My Thoughts:

-    This movie is very underrated and unappreciated. I loved watching this growing up.

-    The colors and lights dancing in the first number are mesmerizing. I kinda go into a little trance while watching this part.

-    I love the cute little mushroom!

-    I like how they portrayed The Nutcracker with nature. It is fun to go through the different seasons, and I like how the fairies help bring in the new season. I also like how different cultures were represented with flowers and other plants.

-    The Sorcerer's Apprentice is such a classic!

-    I could never figure out how Mickey turns the pages of the giant book while he is sitting on it.

-    The dinosaur story is sad but awesome. The art style is very beautiful.

-    I love the sound track. I think it's cute.

-    I like the Greek mythology stuff. It was my favorite when I was kid.

-    I never noticed the topless centaurs before. Yeesh!

-    The hippos, ostriches, elephants, and alligators are hilarious!

-    I don't watch the last piece because I don't feel like it's appropriate. I love the music, but the imagery is disturbing.

-    I wish that Disney had continued creating the Fantasia series like he wanted. I was really excited when Fantasia 2000 came out. I hope we get another one soon.
