My Thoughts:

-    I'm excited for the new story, especially one that focuses on a different character.

-    I really like Salvador Larroca's illustrations. I'm glad they used him again. 

-    I love that Qui-Gon Jinn and young Obi-Wan made an appearance.

-    I never thought of Yoda as an amazing pilot, but I guess it makes sense that he would be able to fly. 

-    This was a very interesting and intriguing issue. I'm excited to read more.

My Thoughts:

-    The planet Yoda has landed on is weird and way different from anything I've seen in the Star Wars universe.

-    The weapons on this new planet look like the ancient weapons in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

-    I like that this is a story being read by Luke and told by Obi-Wan.

My Thoughts:

-    I wonder why they added this story to the Star Wars comics instead of doing a separate Yoda series. 

-    I love the cover on this issue!

-    I always like seeing pieces of Obi-Wan's life. He really needs his own series. 

-    I love all of Yoda's qualities.




My Thoughts:

-    Does the guy on the cover look like Apocalypse to anyone else? Yoda fighting Apocalypse, that is something I'd love to see.

-    Gah! This is one of the worst cliffhangers!! I need to know the end of Yoda's story and what happens to Luke!!

My Thoughts:

-    This was a very uneventful ending to this story.

-    Not a lot happened in this issue.

-    The best panels were at the end. It was cool to see Yoda on Dagobah. 

-    I'm excited to read the next few issues. They are a Doctor Aphra cross over. 

Darth Vader #6 - #10

My Thoughts:

-    I really like the ominous cover on this one.

-    The things that the emperor has been doing is crazy! He is psycho!

-    I love the moment when Darth Vader learns that Luke is his son. It is such a moment of turmoil for him, and I think the comic does a great job portraying his anger and pain.

-    Love the art and panel layout!

-    Goodreads needs to get someone new to write the synopsis. It is the exact same as #6.

-    I have no idea what just happened.

My Thoughts:

-    I have major cover love for this issue!

-    I'm still not positive on what is going on, but Vader is in BIG trouble!

-    I thought this series would be about Vader trying to track down Luke and the other rebels, but it is more about the volatile relationship between Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine. It is really interesting.

My Thoughts:

-    I love how the series is portraying Darth Vader's struggle with the dark side before Luke starts influencing him. It is great to see this inner turmoil, and the comics are doing an awesome job! Go Marvel!

-    I really like Vader's new babysitter. He is way cooler than Tarkan ever was. I can't wait to learn more about this new guy.

-    There is a lot of scheming going on, and I can't wait to see everything go down!

My Thoughts:

-    They should have gotten more out of the guy they captured!! They could have found out about Leia!

-    The artwork in these comics are amazing! I really love it!

-    I didn't appreciate the butt shot panel in tight jeans! Ugh! Men are obviously writing this.

-    Why does Aphra follow Darth Vader so faithfully and willingly? He hasn't done anything for her.

-    I love those evil droids! C3PO and R2D2 doppelgangers is GENIUS!

Darth Vader #1 - #5

My Thoughts:

-    I love this series just as much as the Star Wars one! Great writing and illustrations! Hats off to Marvel's team!

-    Ha ha! I'm glad Huttese is being translated for us! 

-    I love that this is the exact same story line as Star Wars but from Vader's perspective.

-    Vader really hates sand people. He has the worst kind of grudge.

-    Some of those scenes with Darth Vader and Jabba gave me chills! So awesome!

-    Why is Aphra so willing to follow Vader? I don't get her motives.

-    There is some crazy stuff going down on Geonosis! Wow!
