I Need Advice

Dear Friends,

I don't know what to do. Because of my crazy reading habits, I am now a month ahead with book review posts. I have them scheduled through July, and a little into August. The books I am reading now, will not be reviewed until August. I don't like this. I like being current. Plus August in Utah Book Month, and I want to read and review Utah books that month. Right now I'm only posting book reviews twice a week.

What should I do?

Should I move up all my reviews and bombard the blog with book reviews until I'm all current again? Should I just keep scheduling into the future and not worry about being current?

Share your wisdom and opinions with me!

  1. If it bothers you to be behind, bombard away.

  2. I tend to want to be current, so if I find I've suddenly got a bunch of reviews, I'll post them all... a bunch in a week, a couple a day, whatever it takes. Or... I'd do mini reviews and review several books in one post.

    1. I'm not a fan of mini reviews. I never noticed sometimes do a bunch a week. Maybe my readers won't notice either.

  3. Maybe you could post reviews for your favorites and skip others? I review everything I read on goodreads but only post a few on my blog. (Of course right now I'm not really reviewing anything)....

I don't mind reading lots of reviews, though. So whatever you decide to do I'll read. :)

    1. I don't think I have the hear to skip book reviews. I would feel guilty. Thanks for reading!!

  4. Bombard away. I like to be current too, but I don't read as much as you, lol.

  5. I don't think it's a bad idea to have a lot of posts one week and only a few in another week. So I would just post all the ones you want. Being ahead is pretty amazing.

  6. I wish I had your problem! You don't want to know how long some books have been waiting to be reviewed! I think maybe you could start doing three a week, at least temporarily, until you're caught up.
