Awesome list! I've only read The Flatshare, but a lot of these are on my TBR. I'm also reading more diversely. It's such an eye-opening experience for me.
I love the flood of diverse books. I have never felt so represented.
I'm so glad. :) I know that's a big deal for you and you should feel represented and so should your girls!
I love this! :)) Glad that you discovered Jenny Han last year. She was one of my favorite contemporary YA authors in high school and I am looking forward to revisiting her books soon.claire @ clairefy
Thanks! I think I would have appreciated Jenny Han more if I was younger, but I still enjoyed the books.
I have not read any of the authors on your list--which means I have more books to explore! Yay! I have Chlorine Sky on my TBR pile and look forward to reading it. Jenny Han is an author I have been wanting to try and Beth O'Leary. Her name seems to be everywhere in the past couple of years. Thank you for sharing!
I hope you can get to these books soon, and I hope you like them.
I've been wanting to read The Flatshare & The Giver of Stars! My TTT
You should! They are both SO good!
Beth O'Leary is on my list, I NEED to make time to read her this year! Thanks for sharing. https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2022/01/top-ten-tuesday-helpbookish-questions.html
The Flatshare was SO good. All the feels! I also discovered things about myself while reading it.
The Giver of Stars is on my tbr, I'm looking forward to reading it. Happy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/2021-reading-year-in-review/
I was really late in reading a Jojo Moyes book. Ha ha! I'm glad I started with Giver of the Stars.
Great list! I enjoyed Sourdough, what a unique little book. And I want to read The Flatshare!
Right!? Sourdough was so weird and good. I hope you enjoy Flatshare.
I didn't even notice until after I made my list today that all the authors on there were white American women. Not very diverse! That's who usually writes the genres I like, but I do need to branch out a little...Happy TTT!
There are a lot more diverse authors now. I'm sure there is something out there that you'd really like.
Glad you discovered Jenny Han. YES! I am curious about Gloria Chao. Adding to my list!
It was an interesting story. I didn't care for the romance, but I found the subject intriguing.
I love how diverse your list is! That's awesome. :)
Thank you! Hooray for diversity!
Jo Jo Moyes is one author I haven't read yet, but I know I want to soon! great list!
She is a pretty popular. I'm glad I finally got around to one of her books.
I haven't read The Flatshare, but I do have Beth O'Leary on my list this week.Pam @ Read! Bake! Create!https://readbakecreate.com/10-authors-i-discovered-in-2021/
I have only read The Flatshare. I need to pick up more of her books.
I haven't read Jenny Han but I liked the Netflix adaptation of that book.
I enjoyed the books, but I struggled with the Netflix shows.
Chlorine Sky is a title that grabs my attention!
