My reading has slowed down a lot, and so has my blogging. Ugh! I want to blog more, but I struggle to actually sit down and do it. Maybe I need to schedule time once a week or something. I enjoy the blogging community, so I don't want to give it up. I hope it is okay that I only post a couple times a month.

Goals Progress:

Goodreads Challenge:  I am 22 books ahead of schedule. That is 2 less than last month, but I'm still ahead, so it is all good. 63/125

Newbery Award Winners:  I read It's Like This, Cat. It was a fun and quick read. 5/12

Book Club:  We read The Girls I've Been for book club. I read the book, but I missed the meeting, but I heard everyone enjoyed it. 4/10

Pioneer Book Challenge:  Despite my motivation waning, I read 3 books that fulfilled prompts for this challenge. 16/40

POPSUGAR Challenge:  I only read 1 book that fulfilled a prompt. 21/40

Color Coded Reading Challenge: I read a book with a read cover, so I only need a brown cover. 8/9

Read it Again, Sam:  I didn't re-read any books. :( 6/12

I can't believe March is over already! What!? I had planned more books for March, but it is okay. I still read a lot.

Goodreads Challenge:  I am 24 books ahead of schedule! That is four more than last month. Yes! 54/125

Newbery Award Winners:  I finished Bronze Bow and Wrinkle in Time. 4/12

Book Club:  I read my book club book. It was Silence of Bones. It was a re-read for me, and I still enjoyed it. 3/10

Pioneer Book Challenge:  I read 3 books that fulfilled prompts for this challenge. 13/40

POPSUGAR Challenge:  I read 6 books that fit prompts. I'm halfway there! 20/40

Color Coded Reading Challenge: I crossed off two more books. I just need a red cover and a brown cover. 7/9

The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren

I had a great reading month, and I was able to make some good progress on my goals. I hope I can keep up the momentum. I want to finish the Pioneer Book Challenge as soon as I can.

My numbers are up this month because I read a manga series, and I can read one of those in a half hour. I'm still proud of my reading though.

Newbery Award Winners:  I read Island of the Blue Dolphins. It was good, and a bit sad. 2/12

Book Club:  I read my book club book this month. It was The Last Anniversary. 2/10

Pioneer Book Challenge:  I read 5 books that fulfilled prompts for this challenge. I have a lot more planned for next month. 10/40

POPSUGAR Challenge:  I read 7 books that fit prompts. 14/40

Color Coded Reading Challenge: I fulfilled the yellow and black covers for this challenge. 5/9

My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry by Fredrik Backman

It was hard to choose a favorite. I read a lot of amazing books in January. I am very proud of my reading for the month. I made good progress on a lot of my challenges, and I was able to read more then I wanted. 

Goals Progress:

Goodreads Challenge:  I am 7 books ahead of schedule, so I'm feeling great about this one. 17/125

Newbery Award Winners:  My goals is to read one a month, and I was able to finish Onion John. 1/12

Book Club:  Yes, I read my book club book. It was the Fredrik Backman book. 1/10

Pioneer Book Challenge:  This has been a fun challenge to do with my friends, and because we talk about it, I've been more motivated. I was able to read 5 books for the prompts. 5/40

POPSUGAR Challenge:  My friends and I are also doing this challenge together. 7/40

Color Coded Reading Challenge: I read a white cover, blue cover, and purple cover. I could probably count more, but I'm trying to find covers that are predominately that color. 3/9

Read it Again, Sam:  I only managed to re-read one book, but I am still on track. 1/12
